We accept secure payment methods displayed at checkout. These may include major credit and debit cards, digital wallets, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment options supported by Shopify and our payment providers.
For Australia-facing customers, prices are generally shown in Australian dollars (AUD), unless another currency is clearly displayed at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
After processing, transit time is usually 4–9 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days.

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery status.
If tracking has not updated right away, please allow some time for the carrier to scan and activate the tracking details.
Yes. We offer free tracked Australia shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@wannaclothes.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return the item you have first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
If you need help choosing a size or style, contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@wannaclothes.com.
Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, marked with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains, or returned without tags or original packaging cannot be accepted for change-of-mind returns.
Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless required by applicable law.
Yes. Our website uses secure technology, and payments are processed through trusted payment providers. We also use Shopify to help operate a secure online shopping experience.
