Chargebacks
All chargebacks and payment disputes are carefully reviewed.
If a chargeback is found to be incorrect, fraudulent, or unjustified, we reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and other relevant evidence to the payment provider.
Where permitted by law, the customer may be responsible for the original order amount and any reasonable costs associated with resolving a fraudulent or unjustified payment dispute.
Refunds
